Refund Policy
At Dr. Abhinay’s Clinic, we prioritize providing exceptional care and ensuring patient satisfaction. Our refund policy is designed to maintain fairness and transparency while upholding the integrity of our services.
1. Consultation Fees
- Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of any deposit or pre-payment.
2. Treatment and Procedure Fees
- Payments made for treatments or procedures are generally non-refundable once the service has been initiated.
- In the case of pre-paid packages for treatments, unused portions may be eligible for a partial refund upon review. Refunds will be subject to the deduction of administrative fees and the cost of services already rendered.
3. Products and Medications
- Products, such as prescribed medications, dental care kits, or other items purchased at the clinic, are non-refundable once they have been sold.
- Refunds will only be considered in the case of defective or damaged products, provided they are returned in their original packaging and within 7 days of purchase.
4. Missed Appointments and Late Cancellations
- If you miss your appointment or fail to cancel within the required notice period, any deposit or pre-payment made will not be refunded.
5. Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the clinic’s administration team via email or in person.
- Once your request is received, it will be reviewed by our management team. You will be informed of the outcome within 7 business days.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 10 business days.
6. Exceptions
- Refunds may be issued at the sole discretion of Dr. Abhinay’s Clinic management in exceptional circumstances, such as medical emergencies or errors on our part.
